Photonics West: Research award nominations, upcoming talks, travel grant

This year, the staff of the Institute of Biomedical Optics (BMO) and the Medical Laser Centre Lübeck GmbH (MLL) will again be represented in large numbers at Photonics West 2023 from 28.01.-02.02.2023 in San Francisco.

This year again, the staff of the Institute of Biomedical Optics (BMO) and the Medical Laser Center Lübeck GmbH (MLL) will be represented in large numbers at Photonics West 2023. The conference will take place in San Francisco (USA) from 28.01.2023 to 02.02.2023 and represents the most important conference in the fields of lasers, biomedical optics and biophotonic technologies as well as quantum and optoelectronics. An overview of our researchers' presentations can be found in the table below.
In addition, we are proud that the work of Wolfgang Draxinger and Madita Göb is particularly highlighted and supported by SPIE. Mr. Draxinger and his colleagues are nominated for the "SPIE Translational Research Award" which recognizes outcomes-based studies that can change patients' lives. SPIE supports Ms. Göb with the "Student Conference Support" which covers travel and accommodation costs up to $1000.
