Paper by Liang, Zhang and Vogel selected as OPEX editor's pick

A new paper titled "Multi-rate-equation modeling of the energy spectrum of laser-induced conduction band electrons in water" (Doi) by Xiao-Xuan(Joe) Liang, Zhenxi Zhang and Alfred Vogel was recently selected as an "Editor's Pick" by Optics Express (Vol. 27, Iss. 4 - Feb. 2019). Editor’s Picks serve to "highlight articles with excellent scientific quality and are representative of the work taking place in a specific field,” according to the journal’s Editorial Office.
