Jan Philip Kolb wins best poster award at Photonics West 2019

At Photonics West, our employee Jan Philip Kolb received the award for the best poster at the Multiphoton Microscopy in the Biomedical Sciences conference along with four other competitors from Massachusetts General Hospital, the University of Virginia and Boston University.

The $500 prize was awarded by the conference committee based on criteria such as poster layout, presentation and content. Jan Philip Kolb presented his work on virtual, slice-free histology using a home-built fiber-based two-photon microscope with picosecond pulses.
